I am 59. I started a new job a year or so ago. I have made great relationships at the company. Built trust. Have helped win major business. Got nothing but stellar feedback from internal clients. Got "Underperforming" on my yearly review for not following processes and using internal tools religiously. Make that make sense. I am almost wearing my rating as a badge of honour. At this point I can't/won't take it seriously.
