I automated my iPhone with the Shortcuts app to give me verbal robotic sounding cues when it falls under 15%, you could definitely set one up for 2% and you can make it say whatever you want

I say this all the time. They only need a 5% warning. I completely ignore the 10 and 20 because it still lasts so long. Them BAM…. It shuts off like someone tripped on the NES cord and ripped it out.
