That would be somewhat true if each day was EXACTLY 24 hours in length. But it is NOT. That is why we have a complete extra day every 4 years. We call it leap year.

In South Africa, there is a church called ZCC. They start there year in September. In Ethiopia they have 13 month. So Africa has been right.
