@gingerbenner06: Some songs are beautiful to listen to… and then there are the ones that reach right into your heart and put words to something you’ve carried inside for years. ❤️🎶 “God’s Girl” by The Timothy Scott Project did exactly that for me. The voices, the music, and especially the lyrics touched something deep in my soul. I’m a Christian, and my faith is a very important part of who I am. It’s carried me through some of the hardest chapters of my life, including two battles with cancer. I’m blessed to be a rectal cancer survivor since 2010 and a Stage 3 HER2+ breast cancer survivor since October 2013. 🙏❤️ I’ve had moments of fear, uncertainty, tears, and struggles. My life hasn’t always been easy, and it’s certainly not perfect. Neither am I. But through it all, my faith has given me strength, hope, and reasons to keep moving forward. And here’s something else that’s equally important to me… I know we don’t all share the same faith, beliefs, or perspectives on life. And that’s okay. ❤️ I don’t believe we have to think alike or believe alike to treat one another with kindness, compassion, love, and respect. I hope everyone has something meaningful in their life that gives them strength when they need it, and values that encourage them to be good and do good. Because at the end of the day, what matters so much to me is the goodness we carry in our hearts and the way we treat one another. Be good. Do good. Love deeply. Respect others. ❤️ My life isn’t perfect. I’m not perfect. But I am grateful. I am blessed. My faith is strong. And I am God’s girl. ❤️🙏 #GodsGirl #TheTimothyScottProject #FaithAndStrength #CancerSurvivor #MusicThatHeals

2 tbsp tomato paste 1 tbsp pomegranate molasses
Juice of 1 lemon
3 tbsp olive oil
Kosher salt to taste

2 tbsp lemon juice
Kosher salt to taste For the sumac onions
1 large red onion
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
2 tbsp sumac 2 tbsp lemon juice 2 tbsp olive oil For the bread paste
1/2 cup tomato paste 1/2 cup water

Large pita bread
Middle Eastern pickles Frozen fries, roasted in the oven METHOD 1. Combine the chicken with marinade ingredients. Marinate for at least 30 minutes. 2. Make the lazy toum. Set in fridge until serving. 3. Make the sumac onions. Set in fridge until serving. 4. Whisk together all the bread paste ingredients until smooth. Set aside. 5. Heat a large pan over very high heat. Ideally we want the chicken in a single even layer. 6. Sear without flipping for about 3 minutes to build deep char and caramelized edges, then finish under the broiler for the vertical-rotisserie effect. Give the chicken a few mix and serve when it’s cooked through and has the color of your liking. 7. Build the wrap with the toum, chicken, fries pickles, sumac onions. Roll it tight, then return it to the pan and toast on all sides, pressing as you go, it begins to turn golden. Brush the pita all over with the bread paste, toast again, all over until the bread is super crispy and paste is lightly caramelized. Serve immediately.
