Man is he aware of how tone def he comes across? He looks annoyed to have to tell us. He pushed to open schools before we even finished gettin power and Drinkable water. I know they need normal but sending them to schools with this much damage is silly. We have traffic signs out and busses will not be respected, stuff in the roads still.
