the reason she failed as the avatar is not because she wasn't capable physically, it's because she wasn't capable mentally. she constantly compared herself to aang and that was her biggest downfall, her insecurities about being the best avatar led to her downfall. not saying she isn't a good character but her character serves the purpose that the avatar isn't just about physical strength.

I love avatar, I love Korra, I love her character and the way her and asami date, I like how they made her strong and able to hold her own, but I also I love aang and is one of my favorite fictional characters and I do think aang may be weaker than korra and that she is stronger but I think he is a better avatar. Not saying I agree with korra’s misogynist and homophobic slander but I do think aang is a better avatar, if you want me to explain I am happy to in replies

I made this of Korra and Katara since they both got hate for being women (You should totally go like my video of it🤫). Korra is the goat and dare I say she is stronger than Aang and better at using the elements.
