Used this gloss for years, went to dye my hair and it is permanent, needed a color correction and hair didn’t lift same as virgin hair at roots. Stylist said it’s just advertised as gloss otherwise still a permanent color like box dye.

I’ve used this dye and it’s terrible! The color is nothing like the photo, fades quickly, and stains everything even after 3 washes
