I work at dollar tree. The cosmetics aisle is my main area. The amount of stuff I find open/stolen is pretty ridiculous. And the only reason I check things is because the lids look askew/not tightened properly. I can’t imagine the things I don’t find that make it home with customers. They seal things for a reason. It’s $1.25. Just buy the shit and give it away if you don’t like/want it. I asked my boss if we can put signs up asking people to stop. But we’re not allowed. Do better people!!!

when im stocking and ppl spray body sprays i tell them don't do that!!!! This is why I'm glad they started putting foil on alot of things. I wish they'd do something about the make up. What I do when I buy stuff from everywhere is grab the 3rd one in the back. Thats just the number I like but it feels safer picking an item closer to the back of the shelf.

I saw this lady come on here the other day, open an unopened unstocked box and take the WHOLE DISPLAY bring it to the front and buy it because obviously the cashier didn’t knife it wasn’t stocked yet. The audacity and entitlement is through the roof.

Disgusting! Thank you for calling her out! I witnessed a woman give herself a full on mani, put the bottle of polish back on the shelf & walk away. I told an employee who grabbed the used bottle with gloves, tracked down the woman (you could smell the wet polish a mile away) and had her detained & called the cops.

I bought one of those sol de janeiro dupes. I just wanted to smell it. I got home and it had been opened and someone had taken a scoop out of it. Because of that, I will always check. Why do people think that’s okay??
