@rosybon89: 💔 TEXAS: NOEL RODRIGUEZ ALVAREZ, THE 6-YEAR-OLD BOY WHO DISAPPEARED IN 2022, WILL FINALLY RECEIVE A FINAL FAREWELL Noel Rodriguez Alvarez, the 6-year-old boy who disappeared in Everman, Texas, in October 2022, will finally receive a final farewell after his remains were discovered and identified in May 2026. A public candlelight vigil in Noel’s memory will be held on October 24 in Everman, Texas. His mother, Cindy Rodriguez Singh, has been charged with capital murder. She was ordered to a state mental health facility after being found incompetent to stand trial. The 41-year-old woman was placed on the FBI’s Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list after fleeing to India with her husband and her six other children. On July 1, 2025, Indian authorities located her. She was extradited to the United States on August 21, 2025, to face charges related to capital murder, abandonment, and injury to a child. Although authorities initially pursued the case without recovering Noel’s body, remains believed to be his were eventually discovered buried in the backyard of his former home in May 2026, following excavations by federal agencies. His identity was confirmed through dental records. Authorities described Noel as a child who suffered abuse and was allegedly deprived of food and necessary medical care despite having physical and developmental disabilities. Noel was last seen alive in the fall of 2022. However, authorities were not notified of his disappearance until March 2023. Investigators say Rodriguez Singh initially told police that Noel was living with his biological father in Mexico. However, just two days later, she, her husband, and Noel’s six siblings fled to India. Noel was not with them. A Tarrant County judge later ruled Rodriguez Singh incompetent to stand trial and ordered her to receive treatment at a state mental health facility. After years of uncertainty, little Noel can finally be laid to rest. May he rest in eternal peace. 🕊️💔 JUSTICE FOR NOEL. NEVER FORGOTTEN. #News #TexasNews #EvermanTexas #TarrantCounty #NoelRodriguezAlvarez
