@thegabigutierrez: A lot of real estate advice sounds smart because it’s been repeated for years. 🤭 That doesn’t always mean it still fits the market you’re in now. “Wait until spring.” “Price it high and come down later.” “You need 20% down.” None of those ideas are automatically right or wrong on their own. The problem is treating them like rules instead of looking at the actual situation in front of you. 👏 Timing depends on what else is on the market. Pricing depends on how buyers are responding right now. Financing depends on the loan options available to you and what actually makes sense for your budget.
