Lowkey he one-shot’s Madara with Kotoamatsukami. I think any human besides Juubidara, Obito/Juubito, Sasuke, and Pain/Nagato are getting one-shotted because those guys have rinnegan but no one else has sufficient resistance and there is no known way to break out of it. Itachi with MS couldn’t resist it, and thé Kotoamatsukami genjutsu itself makes you feel no need to break out of it.
