My late bsf and I made 3 wishes together that we wanted to do before dying. We both fulfilled 2 out of the 3 wishes. The last wish was to reach GC together. We only got too C1 together before he passed away. I’m c2-c3 and fluctuate between the 2 ranks. The closest I’ve gotten was GC rank up game but lost. Got so desperate that night I dropped myself all the way back down to C1 I was so close and wanted it so badly. And idk I promised myself to do it Solo Queue. If I can’t have my doubles partner then I gotta do it myself and with a random out of respect. It’s genuinely torture but I know when the day comes I do succeed and get my stupid fucking GC title I’ll feel more then accomplished. Won’t lie though it’s definitely sucked ass getting on the past 6 years after losing the homie in Covid times.. lame asf fr and all to always pretty much stay the same rank c2 div 1 to 3. To get really improve you gotta genuinely chud out. I started playing in 2017 on and off till 2020 and then started having 6-8 SOMETIMES 10 hour sessions of rocket league😭. I’m gc2 now but can’t play that much anymore.

my 9 year old little brother was the only one who was actually good at playing rocket league except me, he taught me how to play. he passed away 3 years ago… i miss playing split screen with him on rocket league 💔 i still play the game just for him.
