My husband of 36 years died July 11, 2016 unexpected for eight years. I was in what I call a deep dark hole and nobody could bring me out of it. It’s a good two years to fully literally sit down and cry before when I went into that deep hole deep depression last year 2025 in November I actually came out of it fully
