It takes me 20 minutes to get my 2 kids down for naps, and that includes nursing the baby. Sleep training is absolutely a life saver!

I’m consistent with routine, but my 10 m.o. only feeds to sleep and wakes up between 3-6 times a night and needs the boob every time… the paci doesn’t even work anymore 🫠 it doesn’t matter what I do, he just scream cries to the point he can barely breathe and it doesn’t stop until I give him the boob again 😩

How many naps does your 10 month old take? I have a 1 year old barely about to be 13 months barely and she won’t take a second nap. No matter how late or early her first nap is, she won’t take a second nap for the past last month so we were like okay she’s ready for one nap but her one nap a day is so inconsistent sometimes she’ll sleep only one hr and sometimes 2 or sometimes 1.5 hrs. And once we are at 11:30am she gets really fussy and it’s hard for her to make it passed that time awake. Any suggestions? 🤍 I had a set time schedule with her 2 naps but now I feel like I don’t and that has been hard

My kids are similar in age, 3 and 10 months and they also share a room! I had some people judge us for them sharing a room but it’s been the best thing for us. They love it! They also nap at the same time and it’s key for my sanity lol
