mi blame both di rider and di driver cause the rider was in such a hurry to go through that little passage with a piliant at the back the driver no indicator plus him feel the impact never stop until him reach down the road long after and when I really look at this video the rider can't ride good cause he swing to the van instead of trying to be infront of the truck this could be avoided if him did only ride behind the black van
