@hongmmn456: Fried Cheese Sticks Recipe Ingredients: Mozzarella cheese sticks, all-purpose flour, eggs, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, black pepper, and vegetable oil for frying. Instructions: Cut mozzarella into even sticks if needed. Prepare three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Coat each cheese stick in flour, dip it into the beaten egg, then coat thoroughly with the seasoned breadcrumbs. For extra crunch, repeat the egg and breadcrumb coating. Freeze the coated cheese sticks for at least 1 hour to help prevent the cheese from melting too quickly. Heat vegetable oil to about 175°C (350°F). Fry the cheese sticks in small batches for about 1–2 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden and crispy. Remove and place on a paper towel to drain excess oil. Serve immediately with warm marinara sauce or ranch dressing for dipping.
