Newcastle through my eyes 📸🏙️ There’s something special about walking around a city and noticing the little details that most people pass by without a second glance. The architecture, the old buildings, the reflections, the lights, the bridges and the way the city can look completely different depending on the time of day. Newcastle has so much character, history and atmosphere, and I’ve been trying to capture a little piece of that through my photography. These are some of the street photography shots I’ve taken while being out and about in Newcastle upon Tyne. From the historic rooftops and beautiful architecture to the streets, the River Tyne and the quieter moments in between, every photo captures a different side of a city I love exploring. 🖤 I’m drawn to the details that make a place unique, the contrast between old and new, the textures of the buildings, the atmosphere in the streets and those little moments that can easily go unnoticed. Sometimes you don’t need a planned photoshoot or expensive equipment to capture something worth looking at. All you need is a camera, a bit of patience and the willingness to look at familiar places from a different perspective. Newcastle has a personality of its own. There’s history in its architecture, character in its streets and something timeless about the way the old buildings sit alongside modern life. I wanted these photographs to reflect that feeling, almost like little snapshots of the city through my own eyes. I’m still learning, experimenting with different compositions, lighting, colours and styles, and finding my own approach to photography along the way. Every time I head out with my camera, I notice something new, and that’s one of my favourite things about it. Swipe through and let me know which photo is your favourite! 👀📷 I’d genuinely love to hear what you think, whether it’s the architecture, the colours, the composition or simply the overall atmosphere of a particular shot. If you enjoy street photography, urban exploration, historic architecture or simply seeing everyday places in a different light, I hope you enjoy these pieces. More photography from Newcastle and beyond coming soon. Thank you to everyone who takes the time to look through my work, leave a comment or show a bit of support. Every bit of encouragement means a lot, especially while I’m developing my style and building a collection of photographs I’m proud of. Newcastle, captured one moment at a time. 🏙️🖤 Which shot deserves to be your phone wallpaper? Let me know below, and follow along for more street photography, city views and moments captured through my lens. 📸 #newcastle #streetphotography #Photography #ExploreNewcastle #FYP
