God please touch the hearts of NMC to reconsider this decision. Touch their hearts so that those already pursing the top up degree would all be allowed to write license exams. Touch their hearts so that students who want to top up can go ahead and do their top up touch their hearts so that the in coming level 400 students will all be allowed to write their exams in September October and wouldn’t have to wait till further notice.

This Policy is heartbreaking and wouldn’t help. The unemployment rate in the country is high and so once the person has completed and not working, y then shouldn’t he or she just go ahead to further provided he can bear the cost.?

Nac/Nap can’t do degree.but fresh SHS students can do it why? Someone with experience and someone without experience who qualified to do degree ? If that program is not important why not they cancel it ?Nac/Nap always suffers why?

This policy is so unfair.......looking at a nac or nap stay home for more than 5 years before you will posted then you are told you can't do a top up if you don't have 3 years working experience........this is so sad
