It is so true! I have found a huge game changer though that has helped me. Cant say it will work on everyone. I am just very very sensitive to frequencies. So I play a high frequency meditation music while I am giving readings. It has helped me soooo much 🙏😊

It does feel different every time I do it. I never use the same senses in a row. There have also been times where my mediumship just disappeared in the beginning and I can only tribute that to a growth or evolvement. The biggest difference I feel is that the more integrated I become with my psychic ability the more neutral and subtle mediumship gets. I refer to it as “I am it and it is me”
