Saw a comment that makes sense on why Danny acts the way he acts. It was that Danny ended up dying obviously using Fairfax stuff. Then they ended up reviving him and basically owning his soul and pretty much forcing him to love fairfax to an absurd degree

why is everybody (fans of deadlock) hating him? they're not real humans, so don't see them from realistic moral perspective, they're cartoonishly looney. i think he's hilarious character. also i find some tragic in him bc he's forever undead bc of the company and maybe because of the trauma he can't say nothing bad about it (it's the same as victims feel sorry/creating bond for their aggressors) or maybe it's just the curse or something

I love Danny, I love Solomon. I love them because they are so different because they don't get along, its the same reason i love Dynamo and Seven. I don't think any of the characters are bad, and I think if you hate the characters for their personalities or love them then that's good. No one should be upset we have "annoying" characters like Danny or the lash or Seven, I think we should all be happy that we get to dislike these characters it means the characters are well made and their personalities and character traits make us feel something so strongly and not because their Broken or unbalanced but because they are good well made fleshed out characters
