Have you gotten a nutrient panel done to see if you’re deficient/low in anything I think zinc deficiency can cause acne + routine regular labs 🤍 Struggle with acne and recently found some things in my bloodwork that may be contributing. 🤍

Can I ask, why continue to get extractions? It only creates post-inflammatory hyper pigmentation, aka acne marks which I can see on you. It’s like having a professional skin pick for you. It takes forever to get rid of those scars, believe me. Plus it’s creating a widespread inflammatory response when your skin is already in a delicate state. I know it’s annoying and embarrassing sometimes but if you just let your whitehead come to the surface theirselves and open themselves your skin will have less of an inflammatory response and won’t create as bad of a scar. When I have a stubborn one that won’t open I put a pimple patch over it and poke at it. At least it’ll be covered in something moist so it won’t have as bad as a response. Benzoyl peroxide cream 2% works wonders for my white and black heads
