I walk for my cousin, Tiffany Lucas. 🤍 Her name, her memory, and the love we have for her come with us every step. This year, we attended the Out of the Darkness CT Capital Area Walk at Dunkin’ Park in Hartford. This cause is so near and dear to my heart—and to so many families carrying the loss of someone they love. And this goes far beyond Hartford or Connecticut. Suicide is a worldwide issue, affecting families and communities across the globe. Wherever you live, please look into suicide prevention walks, organizations, and ways to support people in your community. 🌎🤍 You don’t have to have lost someone to show up. Walk for someone you love, your own mental health, or simply because you care. So many people are facing struggles we may never see. My hope for next year is to see more of us walking together.
