It takes so long to come back to yourself but I very much agree like you don’t trust your own judgment trying to put yourself back together but the pieces don’t fit together after 20yrs have now been 8 yrs on my own and I am still working on my self and self talk 🦋

Thats because you are very competent in all the other areas of your life and feel insecure now your husband has up ended your life and your kids life and we all are not equipted to deal with the betrayal because you would not have done this to him Its Life changing and difficult to process still Personally i felt hopeless and i had no control which messed with my mind❤️❤️

I don’t think those feelings are caused by the divorce process. At least for me, it was the cheating and betrayal and beating myself up for not trusting my intuition.
