when the question of AI is brought up at work I always say this: “Market research shows that AI visuals decrease consumer trust. I think that if AI is used in the work environment to increase efficiency then it’s good for the bottom line, but using it in any customer-facing capacity risks alienating a loyal base and pushes people away from the brand.” Works every time.
