@ryleewilliams_: two things I’ll ALWAYS spend extra money on during vanlife 👇🏽 🏕️ Nice campgrounds with clean bathrooms 🏨 occasional hotel stays We do free camping and boondocking every now and then but during our travels we’ve learned that we really enjoy some of the extra amenities that make life on the road a little more comfortable… even if they are a little more expensive. Most nice campgrounds or RV parks will have things like: clean bathrooms, hot showers, flushing toilets, laundry, a pool / hot spring, and many other things that we think are worth the extra money. 💰 When it comes to the hotels stays, these are a TREAT for us every now and then… As we were saving up for vanlife we also saved up travel points on our credit cards that we could use to get free hotel stays anytime we’re having maintenance done on our van, we’re sick, it’s SUPER hot out, or anytime we just need a refresh! Everyone does vanlife differently and there isn’t one perfect way to do it; but as for us we love splurging on a nice place to stay! 🚐 What’s the 1 thing you’d always be okay with spending a little extra on?! #vanlife #vanlifers #vanlifetravel #vanlifeliving #vanlifereality
