a lot of times its people with horrible money habits, but i also think it depends on the area in the states youre from. cause 100k in NYC is vastly worse than making 100k in alabama.

45% tax plus a 2% medicare levy here in Australia and get this. Babies now have to pay taxes. It's on everything we own. Everything we buy so really that $100,000 a year is more like $10,000 a year.

Sort of depends if you bought property before the explosion of housing prices. The increase in just the last 4 years has been almost double where I live.
