I too have left a relationship in which I did all the giving and she did all the taking. I feel you on this sister ! The desire to love, & to be loved is apart of human nature. So don’t ever feel bad for wanting it. It’s simply the way God hardwired us & a beautiful gift he bestowed upon us. Be weary with this though. Don’t make the idea of a relationship an idol. Sounds silly but it’s something to be aware of. Something that has helped me not idolize the idea , or worry too much about it is Matthew 6:34 ; “So don’t worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will bring its own worries. Today’s trouble is enough for today.” Don’t worry about the future, or what’s to come. Worry about today, and worshipping in the present for God may come at any moment. Another verse is Matthew 6:33; “Seek the Kingdom of God above all else, and live righteously, and he will give you everything you need.” This reassures me, & lets me know that as long as I seek the Lord, and His Kingdom, everything will come at its appointed time. Allow the loves of Jesus to keep filling your cup so you’re able to love deeper than you ever have. Don’t let the bad experiences ever prevent you from loving like Jesus loved. God bless you !

Not a single day go by where I don’t think about how it would feel to have someone that would choose me everyday and be happy they chose me like I would do for them. And it’s hard to deal with these feelings of wanting someone so bad because I made an active choose to save my first time for marriage. And I’m only 18 n just graduated in June so I feel like I have so much more growing, learning and goals/dreams I want to do before I can actually be in a relationship, it feel like im bout to be waking for a life time. But bro I just want a wife man…🫩😔
