The Most Important Thing in Aging: Understanding Yourself And Don't Lose Too Many Neurons This is very rare speech on a difficult topic like aging, delivered with such candor and humor! It is an extract from a 2008 Lee Kuan Yew Interview audio-taped podcast conducted in Singapore. Here LKY shares his thoughts on aging, drawing from his vast reservoir of knowledge, wisdom and personal experiences. LKY recounted his own experiences on exercise regimes such as golf, jogging, swimming, and cycling, and giving up habits which are bad for health. @billionairephilosophy #leekuanyew #aging #healthyliving #ageing #ministermentor #primeminister #foundingprimeminister #singapore #LKY Lee Kuan Yew (16 September 1923 – 23 March 2015), born Harry Lee Kuan Yew, often referred to by his initials LKY, was a Singaporean lawyer, politician and statesman who served as the inaugural Prime Minister of Singapore between 1959 and 1990, and Secretary-General of the People's Action Party between 1954 and 1992. He was the Member of Parliament (MP) for the constituency of Tanjong Pagar from 1955 until his death in 2015. Lee is widely recognized as the founding father of Singapore. Lee was born in Singapore during British colonial rule. After World War II ended, Lee attended the London School of Economics briefly before transferring to Fitzwilliam College, Cambridge to study law, graduating in 1947. He was called to the Bar from the Middle Temple in 1950. Upon his return to Singapore, he practiced as an advocate and solicitor whilst campaigning for the British to relinquish their colonial rule.
