I’m a PA for an ortho surgeon and the way he beats himself up for complications is both heartbreaking and frustrating. I’ve used your exact words trying to help him “if you don’t have any complications you’re either not taking the responsibility for them or you’re not doing enough as a surgeon”. Love this!
