The last time we moved my husband fought tooth and nail for a brick red bedroom. He worked 3rd shift so he slept during the day and I was rarely in there tbh, so I caved and let him do it. 2 years later we repainted it an olive green because he said the red felt stressful. To make it funnier, he’s color blind.

I have always had a greyige house and since I turn 35. Now it has to have blue. Just a soft blue. But fucking blue. I thought when my mum remodel the family house blue was the worst pick but yet it’s so calming.

Trends come and go. Just do what you love! I have my own bedroom/bathroom separate from the rooms my husband and I share. I painted my rooms purple. He would never allow purple (or pink, which I also love) in our shared spaces 😂
