Also, men who ACTUALLY know the gym understand that for heavy lifting (which is really popular with women nowadays for lower body), you need to wear form fitting clothing to prevent snags and catching on equipment. A hoodie can get caught in the bar and break a neck. I’ll wear tight clothes in my lifting days, but normal leggings and a tshirt on cardio days for example. Shane Gillis doesn’t even go to the gym and he has the audacity to say that stuff
