I often feel like they judge based off of what they feel that star could personally be capable of and less like what the dance should be, my bar is always if they replaced the star with a pro who also had a week to practice it, how similar would the star and the pro be? but they're also voting for favorites when they're supposed to be the technical panel

Don’t even get me started on Guillermo and Connor both getting 6s. The judging is so inconsistent I can’t stand it.

And Amber getting the same score as Tyler is criminal. She’s been underscored since week one. Same with Tatyana.

SCREAMING ABOUT THIS!!! ambers dance was insane, so much samba content just for her to get underscored

they gave harry and tatyana hip hop songs and then asked them to do salsa—then criticized them for not having enough salsa moves😭 Why don’t you give them salsa music then

We either need decimal scores or more clarity on why they are scoring that way. It is too much of a popularity competition now.
