so your monthly payments would be around 8500+ for a 1 bedroom. Sorry but id much rather rent a two bedroom for that price and not worry about all the headaches that come with owning. not to mention, most co ops will never let you rent so you're trapped. Rent and invest the extra money, from a home owner.
