🇲🇦 4 Days of Adventure, Culture & Authentic Berber Life in Morocco! 🇲🇦 From 10 to 13 October 2026, we had the pleasure of guiding a wonderful group of 12 travelers from Ireland on an unforgettable 4-day journey through Morocco, discovering beautiful landscapes, traditional Berber villages, and the warm hospitality of local families. 🏔️ Day 1: Marrakech – Taroudant – Taliouine Our adventure began in Marrakech, traveling through the spectacular Moroccan countryside toward Taroudant. After lunch, we continued to Taliouine, where we enjoyed a relaxing evening, dinner, and an overnight stay at a local hotel. 🥾 Day 2: Taliouine – Assais – Tislit Village We started our day in Taliouine and headed toward Assais, enjoying approximately 20 km of walking through stunning landscapes and traditional villages. We arrived in Tislit, where we stayed in a charming Berber guesthouse. The highlight of the evening was watching the breathtaking sunset over this beautiful village, followed by a delicious traditional dinner and a peaceful night surrounded by the authentic atmosphere of rural Morocco. 🌄 Day 3: Tislit – Aït Maarouf – Tislit – Taliouine After breakfast in Tislit, we set off on another beautiful hike of approximately 18 km to Aït Maarouf village. There, we enjoyed traditional Moroccan tea and experienced the genuine hospitality of a local Berber family in their home. We then returned to Tislit for lunch before continuing with a short 3 km walk. Later, we traveled back to Taliouine, where we enjoyed dinner and spent the night at a local hotel. 🚐 Day 4: Taliouine – Tizi n’Tichka Pass – Marrakech After breakfast, we began our journey back to Marrakech, crossing the spectacular Tizi n’Tichka Pass at 2,260 metres above sea level. We stopped for lunch in Tadart before continuing our journey and arriving in Marrakech, bringing our wonderful four-day adventure to a memorable end. ❤️ Four days filled with hiking, cultural discoveries, breathtaking scenery, and unforgettable encounters with local Berber communities.
