okay I have a concept.. white chocolate and custard bourbons🤣 now i don’t mean to re-invent the wheel but these are worth trying😍 recipe listed below! Ingredients 200g Butter 100g Caster Sugar x2 Tsp Vanilla Extract 390g Plain Flour x1 Tbsp Milk x1 Tbsp Custard Powder Filling: 65g Butter 120g Icing Sugar 100g White Chocolate 1. Mix together your butter and sugar and add your vanilla extract and milk in a large mixing bowl. 2. Into the bowl, sift in the flour and custard powder. 3. Combine all of these ingredients together, you may have to use your hands to mix the dough. 4. Form the dough into a flat ball and add to a floured surface. 5. Roll the dough out with a rolling pin and stamp out your biscuits. 6. Refrigerate each biscuit on a lined plate/tray for 30 mins before baking. This helps them to combine. 7. Bake for 10–12 minutes in a preheated fan oven at 180°C. 8. Once baked, leave to cool for at least half an hour. If you handle them too soon you risk breaking them. 9. To make the filling, beat together either with a spoon or an electric whisk the ingredients listed above. 10. Add the filling onto one side of a biscuit and add the other biscuit on top. 11. Refrigerate for 1 hour. #homemade #bourbon #biscuit
