✨ BUTTERY SEASONED CORN ON THE COB ✨ 🌽🧈🌿😍 This buttery seasoned corn on the cob is sweet, savory, and packed with flavor in every bite. The easiest side dish that steals the show at every meal! 🍴 Ingredients: - 6 ears fresh sweet corn, shucked and cut in half - ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted - 1 tbsp olive oil - 1 tbsp dried parsley - 1 tsp garlic powder - 1 tsp salt - ½ tsp black pepper - ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional) 👩🏽‍🍳 Instructions: 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. Place the halved corn cobs in a single layer in a 9x13-inch baking dish or a disposable aluminum foil pan. 3. In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, olive oil, dried parsley, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes until well combined. 4. Pour the seasoned butter mixture evenly over the corn on the cob. Use a basting brush or your hands to roll the corn around, ensuring every single piece is completely coated in the herb butter. 5. Cover the pan tightly with aluminum foil to lock in the steam. Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the corn is tender and fully cooked. 6. Remove the foil and use a spoon to scoop up the melted, seasoned butter from the bottom of the pan and drizzle it over the corn one last time before serving hot. 📝 Notes: You can absolutely use frozen corn on the cob for this recipe if fresh isn't in season! Just let them thaw slightly and add about 5–10 minutes to your baking time. ⏱️ Prep Time: 10 minutes 🍳 Cook Time: 40 minutes ⏰ Total Time: 50 minutes #CornOnTheCob #SideDish #EasyRecipes #ComfortFood #ButteryCorn
