Huge HIPAA violation on the practice. Also as a contact lens specialist that deals with scleral lenses all the time… they shouldn’t even give you the vials, also when you get a new pair they should take the old pair back. Also I’m not sure why they aren’t checking them on your eye when you pick them up. Every time we order in a new lens for a patient they have to see the doctor before they leave with them, then we see them a couple days later.

Demand they refund you and pay entirely for you to get your eyes checked for damage. Get it all in writing, Sue them I’d you have to.
