i used to have a c.ai addiction and then they made it 18+ so i moved to a different ai app do NOT do that pls itll make your addiction worse invest in fanfics, ofc addictions arent easy to get rid of and you can use an ai app every once in a while but i recommend using them less and less until you stop using them at all, give yourself a time limit or smth and when its over go to ao3 or whatever fanfic site youre using
