@oktrudye: Chocolate chip cookies are a must at our house. We keep them in the freezer and cook a few up fresh every night. I have been testing a bunch to different recipes and today’s is from @BrittBakes The only modification I did was adding the instant espresso! They were delicious :) - 1 cup brown sugar - 1/4 cup white sugar - 1 3/4 cup AP flour - 3/4 tsp baking soda - 3/4 tsp salt - 1/4 tsp instant espresso - 3/4 cup COOLED brown butter - Chocolate chips! 1. Mix brown butter & sugar mixture 2. Add eggs and vanilla 3. Add flour mixture and mix until just combined 4. Add chocolate chips and roll into balls 5. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes 6. Preheat oven to 350° 7. Cook for 10-12 minutes until golden crust! #baking #kitchen #chocolatechipcookies #recipetesting #brownbuttercookie
