I work for prepaid. I know ppl don’t like to pay for phone insurance but I highly recommend it. Screen repairs and battery replacements are free. And you only pay $250 for a new phone instead of $400 just to replace a screen that won’t work. I’m just saying 🤷🏽♀️

she's a good customer, just replace the screen and let her try it for a few days,and just keep the same screen and sell it to different customer, if the the second customer comes back with touch problem then you'll know that it's a bad screen. that's what i would do.
