Charr is a unique romantic partner in any representation of a couple. If you kept them apart in ME2, his poem to her in ME3 will tell be about his love never leaving and ask her to live a comfortable life and that he hopes she finds happiness. Either way, since Asari life spans are longer than other species, she isn’t moving on from Charr no matter how many show interest to her.
