Nope not me. When I see that phone call at 4:59 30sec. That phone is not going to be answered. Now the patient will need to speak with the answering service. That will teach them to call before then.

I'm not a health care worker but that's also true in retail lol. they will walk in at 9:55 knowing dang well the store closes at 10 and it will just be too get a "few " items and come back with 950 items just to have a card decline lol

OMG!!!! I work in billing and this guy calls today at 4:23. I'm done at 4:30 and he keeps me on the phone for 40 minutes because he doesn't want to pay his bill!!!! Oh and yes we had pizza for dinner!! Uggghhh!!!
