You did a video on glutathione and they mentioned Yeast it made me pull out my brewers yeast powder supplement and read how similar it is to glutathione. I thought the first time I heard about brewers yeast, we had b new neighbors move in next door when I was 16vtears old the family was outside skipping rope with their dad and mom, they had 2 children a boy of 8 and girl of 7, mom looked 25 dad looked 27. What was notable is the mom had shoulder length blonde thick hair abd so did daughter the dad had short curly hair and socks his son. They all had buff muscle cut bodies and children looked exactly like thir parents, all looked like Barbie and Ken all the same strong looking bodies with beautiful skin. Mom said she was around 32 and dad 34. We asked what they ate to have that much energy and muscular bodies for alkc4 of them. They showed me they drank 2 Tablespoons of brewers yeast powder mixed in full glass of water then dthey drank their full glasses down fast as to not vomit it back up! Saying they only felt nauseated for a few weeks when they all started taking it then no problem. They drank a glass every morning for breakfast and one for supper and regular lunch. I am going to start taking it again as hearing and looking like it was like glutathione especially when I saw that entire family looking so young and super fit. Thought I would share, have a great day!
