I work for a certain hca hospital who has this strictly outlined in their code of conduct. Do you think they implement it? Nope. And when an employee brings their concerns of workplace mobbing/bullying/retaliation to upper management, they sweep it under the rug and make matters worse to the point either the person quits or they will find something petty to fire them on.
