@alikb1985: Entering a room with a stranger so you can balance your emotions and have someone to talk to when foster care is way too much is super scary. My daughter found this toy in her therapists office and loved it. Stacking the tiles one at a time and then watching them all come out brought her control, calming and entertainment for long periods of time.
