Wash the baby eggplants, remove the stems, and cut into quarters. 2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle. 3. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown. 4. Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies. Cook for 1 minute. 5. Add tomatoes, turmeric, Kashmiri chili powder, and coriander powder. 6.
