Use the foam paintbrush to cover the inside of the cup with mod podge. 2. Add glitter and tissue paper inside the cup. 3. Punch two holes on the side of the cup for the handle. 4. Use the pipe cleaner to make a handle. 5. Write “Jesus is the Light” with sharpie. 6. Let the glue dry completely.
