![Overthinking is not just anxiety. It's a spiritual disease. In Islam, it has a name - Al-Waswas Al-Khannas. The whisperer who whispers into the hearts of people. [Qur'an 114:4-5] Shaytan can't stop you, so he tries to make you overthink. He shows you fear, Allah promises you forgiveness & provision. The cure is not thinking more, it's remembering more. 1. Say: A'udhu billahi min ash-shaytan ir-rajeem 2. Say: Qaddar Allahu wa ma sha'a fa'al (Allah decreed and what He wills, He does) 3. Say: Allahumma inni a'udhu bika minal-hammi wal-hazan Your job is effort. Allah's job is outcome. Stop overthinking. Start trusting Al-Wakeel. Save this for the nights your mind feels heavy O verthinking in islam, waswas cure, tawakkul trust allah Follow @noormaison for more Islamic reminders #Allah #overthinking #islamicdailyreminders #tawakkul #noormaison](/video/cover/7695905389769985302.webp)
