Well, he did it all wrong. First of all he just laid the grass over dry wood. He didn’t vote it with any epoxy to protect it from warping so there would be a lot of water leaks when they go to water the grass or any kind of rain it’s not gonna survive and there’s gonna be a lot of leak.
