Hear your point mate. But the reality is the only way you can incentivise Australians to do those jobs is to pay much more than minimum wage which immigrants are accepting. If you pay higher wages + shortages as 26% of all jobs are migrants in AUS (is those non flashy jobs) - cost gets passed down to consumer through cost of products and services go up.

ive worked in hospitality and as an industry cleaner. both are primarily immigrant workers. they are struggling to find workers and fill roles across Australia

the reality of the problem is that AI and robotics will be doing laborious tax such as wiping butts in nursing homes and pouring beers in your pub this is simple automated tasks which computers in robots can do far more efficiently they won't complain about the hours just to one more fee to purchase

Once upon a time there was no mobile phones , pubs shut at 6 pm and people worked in sole destroying jobs on production lines and died when they where in their 70’s . The vast majority of Aussie’s don’t want to work on farms or hospitality jobs or aged care and they won’t and those that will suffer will be the old , farmers and small businesses. Our population without immigration is dropping and the trend is getting worse. This guy would rather see the next generation enslaved in menial work in country towns in a country in economic free fall than live in a vibrant multi cultural country. Just shows how pathetic and blinding racism is !
